Rubber Sponge Floats - Premium Soft Grip Handle

REFINA high quality natural orange rubber sponge floats for use on gypsum plasters to rejuvenate the surface and reduce air bubbles. Coarse, medium and fine sponge types available to achieve different surface textures. Featuring a premium soft grip handle design with a comfortable oval profile and soft rubber inlay for extra grip.

Fine grain sponge floats: This has small, tightly packed pores with a much denser and closed-cell structure. This type is the densest and has the least compressibility providing better support and resistance. Used for high-quality finishing and polishing to achieve a smooth, sleek surface with minimal texture. Perfect for final touches and decorative plastering.

Medium grain sponge floats: This has a moderate level of porosity offering a balance between flexibility and durability. Medium sponge rubber is denser than coarse sponges but still maintains some softness and flexibility. They work well for plastering jobs where the goal is a polished or even texture without too much excess water being pulled away from the surface. 

Coarse grain sponge floats: This type has larger pores and a more open-cell structure, It is less dense, making it softer and more compressible. A coarse sponge can help blend or smooth the plaster but also leaves a more pronounced texture behind.
